Music comes in all shades and hues...old & new... melody, harmony & rhythm, breathing and becoming.
Hello and thanks for visiting the place I share my art - my song artistry. You can listen to clips of music, see photos, and check the calendar for upcoming events.
The Holiday Season is here and I'll be out quite a bit. Special highlights are singing with COCC Big Band and singer Mark Kershner. It's the Holiday Concert so you'll leave feelin' the holiday spirit. Dec. 8th
Also, the Cascade Brass is putting on two shows and is always a beautiful way to experience the music of the holidays. Dec. 16 & 18 see calendar
Dave and I will be playing at Tart Bistro Dec. 7th and 16. Sophistipop and jazz.
Christmas Gifts have never been easier. Give the gift of music!
My new CD titled Goodbye Blues, Is alive and available. Fresh with new songs set to urban contemporary, Brazilian & jazz grooves.
Looking back:
The Central Oregon Symphony Concert was May 14th, 15th & 16th. It was an exciting pops concert featuring movie music from Star Wars and ET as well as vocal features such as Georgia, You'd Be So Nice To Come Home To and It Don't Mean a Thing if Ain't Got That Swing. In addition to debut vocal arrangements by Adam Hill & Tom Barber, the song In My Dream, (from Goodbye Blues) was beautifully arranged for full symphony by Maestro Michael Gesme.
Special thanks to Mr. Gesme, Danielle Purdy, Chris Barth, Tom Barber, Adam Hill & Diane Allen.
Thanks to everyone who loves and supports music. I think there is a lot more behind this powerful emotional force than we know. Looking forward to seeing YOU!
All the Best,
Michelle
